We know it’s hard to get kids out the door. (Seriously – how do so many shoes go missing in a single week!?)
We can’t help with the shoes, but once you get them here – we make it easy for ya!
Our fully trained staff is on-hand and ready to go at KidCity! Prepped with age-appropriate curriculum, super fun activities and snacks, your kiddos are in great hands from the moment you drop them off.
Bring your kiddos and their shoes to KidCity in the “Elementary Building”
Sign them in and get your matching name & pickup tag (the first time they come, you’ll need to fill out a quick info form) & take them to their assigned classroom
Go enjoy your time and experience at CityChurch
Afterward, bring your pickup tag to get the kiddos
Be ready to hear all about the new stories, crafts, and songs they learned!
At the risk of going all Whitney Houston here, the children are our future, right? We want them to feel just as valued and loved as you will feel here. That’s why we invest in keeping a full education staff and volunteers at CityChurch. This isn’t a babysitting service; our passionate staff and fully-trained volunteers are teaching kids about faith and Jesus. From the age of 6 weeks up to 5th grade, we make sure the curriculum and activities are designed for their age level and based on their needs.
School-age children will have the chance to not only connect with their individual class, but will also attend a larger group for collective worship and teaching.
At the 10:00a service, we also have our “King’s Table” program available which serves our special needs children. Please contact Debbie Montellano to find out more about this unique offering.
At CityChurch we ask that all elementary school aged children who have expressed interest in being baptized attend our Jump Start Program. Jump Start is the first step in the baptism process for children. Contact our KidCity Director Amy Richardson for more information.
At CityChurch, we believe baptism is a personal choice to show an outward expression of an inward desire to live your life through Jesus Christ. Because this is a personal choice, we believe you should be of an age at which you can express that desire on your own. For infants and young children, we provide a Child Dedication ceremony, where parents can publicly commit to raising their child in a Christian environment. Parents are required to attend a Parent Commitment class, to review how to facilitate your family and child’s relationship with the Lord. Contact our KidCity Preschool Director Megan Mercier for more information.
